On behalf of our client in the Life Science industry, Harvey Nash is looking for a Project Assistant for a 6 month project in Switzerland.
The role is about working under direction of Senior Project Manager on a global IT infrastructure project which requires interfacing with Data Center teams and IT Business Partners.
You are responsible for:
supporting project manager by scheduling and hosting meetings tracking and following up on action items preparing or updating presentations tracking statistics and metrics tied to project activities and updating project deliverables, such as a charter Requirements:
Experience as a project manager or project coordinator working on IT projects, desirable to have infrastructure project implementation experience. Good follow up and coordination skills Strong attention to detail Able to work in a distributed global team environment effectively Experience with project management methodologies and with working on project deliverables Experience with IT change control processes Strong experience with common spreadsheet and presentation tools Comfortable working with email, calendar, conference call/presentation sharing tools Good communication skills - verbal and written Ability to work effectively in an English speaking business environment Are you available immediately, have experience working within a Life Science company?
