VCP support administrators wanted for our leading Swiss banking client based in Zürich for a minimum 3 month contract with the possibility of an extension. This role requires for you to be fluent in German, English & French with Italian at intermediate level.
Duties
Our Swiss banking client requires an additional supporter to manage their VCP support mailbox that handles client advisor enquiries in the context of VCP. The enquiries come in by e-mail and are answered to a large extent by e-mail.
Requirements
- Bachelor or similar studies completed
- Fluent English & German, French & Italian intermediate
- Previous banking experience is a plus
- EU/EEA national
