Introduction:

For one of our clients near Lausanne we are looking for an experienced BW Developer.
Role:

The role of the BW Developer includes the overall design, development and construction of a reporting solution encompassing best practices and liaising with the Process owners, BW Administrators, Basis Teams and other work streams where required.
Activities/tasks description :
1) Design & Construction of the BW Reporting solution
2) Liaise with process owners to determine the functional and technical requirements of the reporting solution

Requirements:

Knowledge required: Minimum 5 years hands-on BW development experience in large scale environment with ABAP skills.
The candidate needs to be able to build
* Extractors
* DSO
* Cubes
* Transformations and Update Rules
* Process Chains
* ABAP coding
* Queries
* Web Templates
Specific functional skills in one or more domains (Finance, Logistics, CRM, etc.) are advantageous

MUST-HAVE
* Strong SAP BW development skills experienced in multiple full life cycle projects mandatory (SAP certification and at least 5 years BW experience).
* ABAP coding experience skills in a BW context, experience in JAVA Scrip desirable
* Previous experience of working with other SAP modules
* Advanced Data warehousing and modelling capabilities.
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Strong problem solving skills
* Ability to assimilate information rapidly
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
Process area knowledge is an asset
Language:

Fluent in English (writing + speaking)
French (would be an advantage)
