A support mailbox advisor is needed to manage an investment bank clients' Voluntary Compliance Program (VCP) support mailbox that handles client advisor enquiries in the context of VCP. The enquiries come in by e-mail and are answered to a large extent by e-mail.
Information on VCP:
The VCP is in line with a government's strategy and it is based on the clients' policy on Cross-border Business. The client have decided to further strengthen its cross-border compliance protocol to prevent exposure to legal and reputational risk.
To this end, the client have launched the Voluntary Compliance Program (VCP) in Switzerland, which was mandated to implement a framework regarding:
the on-boarding of new client relationships and the acquisition of new
assets on existing client relationships;
the review of existing accounts subject to a defined implementation plan.
Responsibilities:
- Answering CA enquiries by e-mail
- wording of FAQ questions and answers
- other tasks as required
Background:
- Legal, Compliance or general consultancy
Assignment:
- Initially 3 months; assignment may then be extended based on workload
Skills:
- English, German must, both writing and comprehension
- French and Italian understanding (answers can be given in English)
Only candidates with EU Passport or Swiss work/residence permit.
