For one of our international, financial services clients in Zurich, Swisslinx is urgently seeking a strong, German- and English-speaking Senior Java Developer to strengthen an international team at one of our client's.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, impementing, supporting and documenting our client's Java framework* and the respecitve applications (Java EE 6, Java SE, Maven builds and dependency technologies). This will require you being involved from initial analysis and requiremens documentation through to product training and quality management whilst liaising closely with other teams such as architects, developers and the business, following a SCRUM approach.
As for our client's proprietary Java platform; it's a development and production platform based on the Java EE stack (including further technologies such as Weblogic, Strus, JSF, SOA, etc).
In order to be considered for this contract, we are seeking an English- & German-speaking candidate with the following key skills:
- Master or Bachelor or equivalent education
- Min. 5 years of full life cycle development experience with Java 6.0 (EE & SE), including Maven Builds & Dependency Management technology.
- Experience as a Lead Developer and Software Architect
- Any experience in Continous Ingetration and Software Quality Management is a plus
- Knowledge of WebLogic, Struts, JSF, SOA und anderen Standard-Java Platfformen
- Knowledge in Java Middleware and integration technology (Web Services & CORBA) and patterns is a plus
- Solid German and English skills (candidate who do not fulfil this requirements will not be considered.)
