SAP SRM Consultant (x 3)
My client is looking for 3 x SAP SRM Consultants for a 6 month contract in Basel, Switzerland. 1 Senior Consultant and 2 Consultants. Flights and accommodation will be paid by the client.
Description:
Define approach and project methodology to optimize usability of the applications for casual users
- Define project phases and deliverables (eg how to analyze users, transactions, etc)
- Define customer engagement model (eg customer segmentation, idea collection, filtering, voting, final decision) in a complex environment across divisions, countries, functions
- Integrate to Project Methodology (ICE) and make it re-usable in future projects
Define usability standards, and best practices within the technology boundaries of SAP off-the-shelf Solutions
- Define x-application usability standards considering new SAP UI technologies
- Very good understanding of new SAP UI solutions (Fiori, UI5,)
- Define common terminology and best practices to be followed across SAP applications and devices
- Workflow standards (eg mail content, in-mail approvals)
- Work with architects and SAP, as required
Solid experience in user interface design and software development process
- Knowledge of User Interface Design, User Centered Design & Usability
- Proven and demonstrable experience developing compelling user experiences in SAP
- Familiarity with HTML-5, CSS. Additional knowledge of JavaScript, DOM, Ajax Techniques, Web 2.0 Strategies desired
Review business process from a casual user point of view
- Review business process steps and logic sequence for SRM casual users.
- Recommend business process improvements to improve usability
Facilitate iterative casual user engagement
- Perform user interface usability studies as required
- Apply the defined methodology to facilitate and run focus groups and customer boards
- Document feedback, consolidate and work with team on feasibility and implementations effort of the requests as basis for scope decisions
- Ensure proper communication, planning, and change management to foster usability
Drive adoption of usability standards, practices, and solutions
- Recommend improvements on already delivered screens SRM UI5
- Lead development of rich functional prototypes using low and high fidelity mockups and interaction requirements with multiple focus groups
- Create UI mockups, UI flow diagrams and final UI designs
- Manage the relationship with the internal and external creative and development teams on the design of the UI, develop the style guidelines and the technical implementation
- Collaborate with Software developers and Architects on Front End integration
Expert experience in interface design and software development process
- Knowledge of User Interface Design, User Centered Design & Usability
- Proven and demonstrable experience developing compelling user experiences in SAP

Would require travelling to US occasionally - covered by the client.
