Digital-Business Analyst
Edelway AG is a Services Consultancy. We currently have many exciting and challenging opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry. We are looking for an English speaking Business Analyst to join our dynamic and multicultural team based in the Basel area.
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: Excellent, all hours are paid.
THE ROLE:
*This role will face Global Commercial IT customers (Brand teams)
*To support the development and deployment of several initiatives around Pharma's digital ecosystem.
*Good understanding of digital technologies (content management, analytics) and channels (mobile, web, social)
*Experienced in a regulated environment. The person will ideally be familiar with IT organizations.
YOUR PROFILE/ACTIVITIES:
*English speaking, other languages a plus
*Ability to communicate at high levels and work with minimum supervision strategic projects.
*+5 years of experience as Project Manager
*+2 years of experience in Change Management.
*Analysis of requirements and project needs
*Definition of processes, governance requirements and R&R
*Support with services definition
*Support with team strategy creation and execution
*Creation of documentation related to the projects
*Support in regards to vendor management, working closely with Legal and Sourcing
