On behalf of our major client in Solothurn we are looking for contract resources (over 20 open positions) as a Complaint Handling Manager

Responsibilities involve

  • Legacy review and remediation action of complaint files according to defined protocols.
  • Collection and coordination center for messages
  • Ensure the documentation and their traceability
  • Ensuring customer care after detecting and classifying the messages
  • Organize and Share information
  • Introduction of correction, respectively
  • Prevention measures in cooperation with Quality
  • Remediate Field Action documentation as applicable as per protocol
  • Create the analysis/statistics and reports demonstrating the resulting improvement potential
  • Information point for all inquiries regarding market reports by PDC

Required skills:

  • Higher Education in Engineering or related fields
  • Min 5 years experience in Medical Device or related fields
  • In-depth knowledge of the medical device legislation/Vigilance
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively manage workloads
  • Fluent in English is a must and German skills would be a big plus
