Service Delivery Manager - Unified Communications - Zurich
Our client in financial industry is seeking a service delivery manager to assist in the implementation and management of services in the area of unified communications (environment: Cisco/Microsoft).
Main tasks/activities:
- Monitor and control performance of services (in close cooperation with service provider customer service manager)
- Determine process gaps and implement process improvements where necessary
- Daily review of incidents, problems, changes, request fulfilment
- Improve implemented control mechanisms for SLAs.
- Prepare reports of weekly and monthly statistics
- "Chase" Service Providers
Position requirements:
- Strong Service Delivery experience
- Background unified communications
- Service Now - advantage
- Excel - reporting and formula functions - must.
- Powerpoint Presentation - must
- Basic Network knowledge (comparable to Cisco CCNA).
