On behalf of our client, an internationally successful biotech company located in Basel. In to support a mobile platform project, Swisslinx is urgently seeking a Tech Writer/Documentation Specialist to join the project team.

In this role, you will basically be responsible for the documentation of the mobile device management (MDM) consolidation and architectural improvements, as well as for the mobile
Security support 2013 which has to comply with the corporate security objectives.
In detail, you will be assigned with the delivery of an updated Operations Manual, updated operational processes (incl. Helpdesk) or policies that reference the MDM environment, as well as on the Security side, the delivery of documentation for new security features and for reporting requirements that encapsulate new security objectives.
In order to be considered for this position, we are looking for an initiative, communicative and analytical individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the following qualifications:
- 4-6 years of professional experience as Technical Writer, Documentation Specialist or documentation-heavy Business Analyst
- Thorough understanding of Mobile Device Management & Mobile Security
- Experience in writing Documentation in highly regulated environments; experience with GxP, ISO or similar are highly beneficial
- Fluent English skills (written/spoken)
This contract is based on a 40 hours working week and the complete work package is estimated with 320 total hours until delivery.
