Role - Success Factors specialist

- Needs to be experienced in product knowledge of HR modules of Success Factors
- At least 3 years' experience in Success Factors product Primarily in (other than Performance Management module)
- Employee Central module (end to end) with experience in implementing position management feature (must)
- Strong HCMS functional knowledge
- SAP - HCMS experience (good to have)
- He/she will have capability to help in aligning product modules of Success Factors to the clients' requirements respectively overall landscape
- Development/advise on specific solutions needed on top of Success Factors modules (good to have)
- Assist from technical perspective to develop a client-specific global implementation approach and plan
- Assist in preparing client meetings and participate in client meetings (technical support)
- Preferably experience in insurance/reinsurance and/or financial services
- Fluent in English communication.
