Exchange Migrator Operator
Tasks:
- Execute the end to end mail migration
- Initiate/Execute migrations (Exchange, Good, BlackBerry, Enterprise Vault)
- Manage user migration plans
- Monitor QMM (Quest) and Exchange environments
- Troubleshooting and escalation to migration specialists
- Provide daily status report to technical scheduler
- Working hours: 9:00 - 18:00 - Flexibility to work until 22:00 if required.
Experience:
- Quest Migration Manager experience
- Handling with Provisioning/Migration tools
- Exchange 2003 and 2010 experience
- Enterprise Vault knowledge
- Mobile Technologies knowledge (BES and GOOD Tech.)
Social skills:
- Communication and diplomatic skills in an international environment
- Proactive team player with communications skills
Language:
- English both written and spoken is a must, German skills are highly desirable
