Service Delivery ManagerOur client, an international financial services company, is currently looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager with strong UNIX and Windows Infrastructure.
Role overview:
Delivery Manager for placement requests.
Act as single point of contact for all projects that plan to place an application into the network boundaries of the client or that upgrade applications within those boundaries. To act as the technical consultant ensuring that all communication tracks are documented properly and the rules of the different network zones are followed properly. To draw the network diagrams, to define the groups and to obtain approval for the placements.
Key Deliverables:
- Support Delivery Managers and / or Project Leaders in order to gather all required information for the design.
- Guide the placement requests on behalf of the projects towards approval.
- Act as single point of contact for the members of the approval board.
- Improve usability of the tools in order to expedite the process of gathering the required information.
Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of UNIX and Windows infrastructure
- Solid Knowledge of network communications and security considerations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self motivated with proven ability of working in team environments
- English (German is a nice to have)
