Global Service Application Support
Edelway is a Services Consultancy based in Switzerland. One of our best clients, a global pharmaceutical company, based in the Bern/Basel area, is currently looking for a Global Service Application Support to join them on a long term basis.
Language: German & English
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: Excellent
THE ROLE:
*Daily 1st line application incident and troubleshooting.
*Installation and deployment support.
*Maintaining customer service and availability.
*Develop and maintain the support documentation for all technology related subjects.
*Support of the PLM/CAx Support (First-Level).
*Primary Applications: Agile e6, PLM, ProEngineer
YOUR PROFILE:
*Experience in IT Application Support
*Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred.
*Fundamental knowledge in Engineering Applications (CAD, CAE, CAM, PLM)
*Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills.
* Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
*Quick learner, motivated self-starter
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
