Summary
To strengthen our team in Geneva, we are seeking an Exchange Admin
Background
Project:
Support of ECS Infrastructure (Windows 2008 R2/2012, DPM, FIM 2012 R2 & Exchange )
Experience
Must
5 years of IT work experience with at least 3+ years experience in system administration of Microsoft Exchange Servers
Hands on MS Exchange experience
Experience in installation, configuration and support of multi-site Microsoft Exchange environments offering high availability and disaster recovery
Experience in Scripting, in particular powershell Scripting to automate processes in MS Exchange
Experience working with remote teams
Nice to have
Experience managing and supporting Blackberry BES Servers
Experience managing and supporting FIM based directory synchronization infrastructures
Experience managing and supporting HyperV farms
Work Activities/Deliverables
Provide on-going operation support for the ICC's ECS infrastructure (Windows 2008 R2/2012, DPM, FIM 2010 R2, and Exchange ).
Interface with migration teams, technical auditors, customer first level support teams and other CLIENT and customer teams.
The duties required include:
Support, maintain and optimize the Exchange infrastructure. Perform day-to-day housekeeping activities on the Exchange infrastructure
Support, maintain and optimize the DPM infrastructure
Implement forest trusts for new customers of ECS 2013
Collaborate with FIM team to ensure consistent replication of data to ECS
Deliver documented procedures to integrate new mail domains with the ECS
Collaborate with other teams to implement service and system monitoring and alerting
Collaborate with other teams to define and develop documented procedures, and to provide extended support hours for ICC customers in Europe and America
Performing additional duties as required
Education and Languages
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Good knowledge of mobility solutions such as BlackBerry, ActiveSync
Troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of SMTP Relay, Spam and Virus filtering systems
Knowledge of LAN/WAN architecture and networking (TCP/IP, etc.);
Excellent team worker and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to accurately analyze and assess problems.
ITIL qualification at foundation level is highly desirable
Microsoft Exchange 2010 certification required. Microsoft Exchange 2013 certification is desirable.
Excellent knowledge of English is required
