Technical Programs Coordinator

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a challenging and diverse position. As a Programs Coordinator, you will support the Programs teams in planning, organizing and following-up on conferences and events such as tech talks, company presentations, career panel sessions, webinars, etc.

Requirements:

BA/BS degree

Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent attention to detail

Autonomy and responsiveness

Ability to take initiative

Ability to prioritize and multi-task, and to positively contribute in a fast-paced and changing work environment

Ideal candidate will have experience in administration, team support, basic event management, and HR experience would be a plus

Familiar with running reports and is comfortable using formulas in excel/spreadsheets

A technical background is not required but a tech savvy individual is desirable

Responsibilities:

Assist specialists and managers in the development of various outreach programs

Coordinate all event related logistics: eg hotel and travel arrangements, meeting room and catering reservations, speaker confirmation, ordering of marketing materials, preparation of campus visit packets, payment processes, etc.

Full-time 40 hours per week

12 months (start date 16.09.2013 - end date 15.09.2014)
