Introduction:
For one of our clients near Lausanne we are looking for an experienced Software Development Processes and Controlling Specialist.
Within the Software Factory, the Quality Assurance Specialists are responsible of the global Software Delivery LifeCycle (SDLC) of our client's Software Factory and owners of the HP ALM platform.
The Software Development Processes and Controlling Specialist ensures follow-up of the implemented workflows and provide the HP ALM/SAP Solution Manager Specialists with detailed requirements.
The new resource analyses the needs of the main stakeholders of the software factory. He/she proposes improvements/changes to the current SDLC. He/she will help the Software Factory to smoothly adapt to new tools and methodologies, accordingly with the new SAP development constraints.
Training actions are part of the implementation of the improvements/changes.
After implementation, the new resource defines and put in place controlling actions to ensure that the rules are correctly applied.
Role:
. Work on the definition and the implementation of software development processes (SDLC) and procedures, with Quality Assurance Management.
. Optimize development process (Agile, Waterfall, SAP and Non-SAP) to support the business strategy and deliver best time to market in respect of IS/IT constraints with Quality Assurance Management.
. Work closely with the Software Factory Manager and Team Leaders to identify organizational issues and propose solutions.
. Communicate the updates/changes to all the stakeholders:
- Training material set-up
- Documentation follow-up
- Training organization and follow-up
. Define and document quality control areas according to Quality Assurance guidelines and policies, with Quality Assurance Management:
- Define quality control activities, processes and tools
- Define quality control limits outside of which corrective action must be taken (refer figure, upper and lower control limits)
. Implement quality control activities, processes and tools:
- Record defects/wrong usage/deviations
- Define and implement corrective actions
- Track and follow-up corrective actions

. Proven knowledge in SAP development processes and SAP Solution Manager/CRM
. Ability to develop processes and procedures for governance around the use and deployment of SAP Solution Manager and HP ALM
. Communication and Writing skills (English/French)
. Knowledge of configuration, testing and implementation of SAP Solution Manager functionalities (ChaRM (Change Request Mgmt, Change Control Mgmt), Document Management)
. Knowledge in IT Quality Assurance and governance standards (COBIT, CMMI for development, ITIL, ISO 9001)
. Knowledge of development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and languages (J2EE, SOA, Internet)
