On behalf of our client in the Life Science industry, Harvey Nash is looking for a WAN optimization project global deployment coordinator for a 4 months project with possible extension till end of March 2014 in Switzerland.
You are responsible for supporting global Sr. Project Manager (IT infrastructure/network project) acting as project PMO Officer coordinating Riverbed WAN acc device deployment activities globally coordinating financial/funding activities ensuring all quotations/POs/invoices are properly handled owning the communication channel with sites (responsible for project generic email box) providing deployment status report to Global PM (dashboard) working closely with vendor Project Manager for coordination of deliveries complying with Roche informatics Project Management Methodology following up on local and global invoices from vendor, and update/review financial systems (Perform) Requirements
University Degree or equivalent education ( Engineering, Management or Computer science preferred) Experience in supporting and coordinating deployments/IT operations in a Global environment is plus Experienced using IT tools, office products Team Player and flexible to cover different time zones globally 2-3 years of global project related experience plus Experience working with Global Virtual teams Ability to work/communicate effectively in English speaking business environment, additional languages are an asset Project or Project Stream Management experience is a plus Position is based in Roche Kaiseraugst Campus Former Roche Experience is plus English - fluent in writing and speaking Are you available immediately, have experience working within a Life Science company?
