Special Requirements
- Communication with Application Owner, Site coordinator to inform them about testing their Web based application
- Report and track testing progress into the Testing Tracking Apps DB
- Gathering the Testing Tracking Apps DB with information collected by the BOA and Functions
- Organized testing environment for Test-user (Virtual machine, Smartweb, SW package)
- Report status progress on a weekly based
- Consolidate application owner reported issues and forward them to the Technical Team
- Work in collaboration with the Technical Team, Functions, local and Regional Service Desk organisation
- Provide knowledge article if required
- Contribute on the overall project success
