An investment bank seek a Junior Project Officer to provide standard administrative, technical and/or professional support. In this position you will be responsible for identifying and reporting process improvements in your own work scope; and keeping your own skills updated with new developments in your own field.
Under supervision the post-holder is expected to complete tasks as required within their own objectives and in line with team goals. The post-holder will establish good working relationships with colleagues in the organization to ensure support in achieving tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project/Program administration
- Maintain project documentation
- Support and manage EndUser requests
Key Deliverables:
- Project status reporting
- Project SharePoint Site maintenance
- Project SharedMailbox management
- Project Team support
- Project Documentation and tracking of project risks, issues, action logs and project deliverables
Work Experience: Minimum 1 Year
