On behalf of our client we are looking for a long-term contract in Zug for a CRM Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Business Analyst (Sales Force Automation and Customer Care) Reporting and analytics Data quality Salesforce.com Business Analyst Liaising between business and offshore teams for Siebel and OBIEE Change Requests Perform data analysis and cleansing exercises, ensuring proper data quality Development and execution of User Acceptance Test Cases, and when necessary, Validation Test Cases Technical profile requirements Strong data engineering skills, in particular CRM and relevant DWH data Knowledge of BI principles is required, specific knowledge of OBIEE is a plus Involves user contact and other research to analyze details and requirements for existing systems Provide support for business critical applications Preparation of detailed requirements specifications for systems design Creation and modification of user procedures Ability to accurately capture and document business systems requirements from a diverse user group Human interface requirements design Acquainted with Software Development Life Cycle processes Is driven to work out a platform as a solution (one-size-fits-all), instead of disparate solutions, through a process of continuous standardization and abstraction Methodology/Certification requirements Advanced skills with personal productivity applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, flowcharting tools and Lifecycle Documentation Master and/or Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred. Additional certification is a plus Non-Technical profile requirements:

Methodology/Certification requirements:
Master and/or Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience.
