For a long term project at our client site in Zurich we are looking for immediate project support in the form of aProject Manager with Business Analyst capabilities (1505)
Environment / Project description:
We are looking for someone to strengthen our team in the IT Credit Risk Wealth Management area. Our applications are used to support our business in deriving the right credit decisions and monitor the credit usage in day-to-day business. Our applications are used world wide in 21 countries. The current initiatives include small/medium upgrades of the monitoring/decision application as well as further rollout of the next generation of credit monitoring application.
The majority of our work includes coordination of rollouts abroad and require the three disciplines:
1) Business Analysis to understand the local request,
2) Basic Technical Skills to guide locals through installation procedures and/or understand why something is not working and coordinate who and how that can be fixed
3) Project Management and Coordination with the location/locally here in CH or with the development team in Singapore.
Task & Responsibilities:
Guide a set of small/medium initiatives to successful completion, which includes:
- Capture local requirements, draw context diagrams
- Guide prioritization of requirements, drive discussion to agree on a release scope
- Organize Regular calls with the location and internal or vendor to coordinate the project
- Request Testing platforms and advice on installation
- Testing
- Capture defects and issues
- Sign off
- Coordination of 3rd Level support after successful implementation
- helping us with some smaller initiatives / upgrades

Required Experience / Skills:
(including language and soft skills)
- Business Analysis
- Project Management
- Basic Technical understanding of WebSphere, Oracle, Java
- Understanding of Banking
- Good communication Skills
- Cultural awareness – as far as required when dealing with Asian or other European countries
- English fluent on the phone as well as written
Comment:
Experience shows that we are best served with an Allrounder with focus on Business Analysis but also well organized. It is not the intention that the candidate will do Java or Oracle programming. But it is the intention that he has a basic idea what is required to migrate a DB
