On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution based in Zurich, Swisslinx is urgently seeking an IT Service Quality Manager for the Hosting Services area to start on a 6-months contract in Zurich.

Are you looking for a Management contract that gives you the chance work in an international and challenging environment?

In this key role, initially issued on a 6-months basis, you will lead and manage the IT Service Quality Team within the Hosting Services area of our client, reporting directly to the resort director and act as a member or the Hosting Management team. This strategically important role drives the systematic implementation and management of Continual Service Improvements and thus increases production stability and enables high quality and cost effective customer services.

Your performance will be measured on your key deliverables which include:

  • Driving the maturity of IT Service Quality based on the existing IT Service Strategy
  • Enhancing the divisional strategy by aligning with current global initiatives and adapting/applying best practice frameworks to divisional needs
  • Defining service metrics, benchmarks and KPI's that will steer the organization to achieve Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) goals
  • Ensuring that SQ Strategy meets and supports IT Governance & Service Continuity policies

In order to be considered for this position, we are looking for a professional and mature candidate with strong management experience and the following qualifications:

  • University Degree, MBA or comparable experience
  • IT Service Management or IT Governance certification (ITIL, COBIT, CISA)
  • Formal Qualification in Quality or Process Management is an asset (SAQ, CAS SGO, ISO, etc.)
  • 5-8 years of work experience in IT Quality, Process or Service Management, Operational Excellence, Efficiency Initiatives, Transition Programs, IT Governance, etc
  • Experience in Line or Project Management in complex IT environments
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, also to liaise with Senior Management
  • Strong conceptual and strategic abilities with solid implementation skills
  • Financial Industry experience is a plus.
  • Good German & English are 100% mandatory.
