For one of our international, financial services clients in Zurich, Swisslinx is urgently seeking a very strong C#.NET Developer who comes with strong front-to-back development skills.
In this role you will be working on the design of the internal Learning Management System (LMS) and detailed specifications for the new Foundation network tool. This will require you to develop the GUI (incl. business logic) using C#.NET and Silverlight (MVVM), as well as the Back End server part with C#, WCF and T-SQL. Additionally, you will play an important role in providing the specific system documentations, as well as the guidelines for the system development and deployment for your team members. Last but not least, you will contribute to the integration of the LMS into the Business Intelligence Platform and provide support & feedback for the architecture.
In order to be considered for this contract, we are seeking a team-oriented, passionate and committed candidate who covers the following requirements:
- Min. 5 years of C#.NET Development incl. WPF or Silverlight, ideally in an agile/scrum environment
- Very good command of Silverlight OR WPF (both incl. MVVM) and 3rd party frameworks/libraries such as Telerik or Prism
- Solid understanding of Design Patterns (advantages and draw-backs)
- Profound MS SQL Server skills, incl. TSQL programming; Oracle DB experience is a plus
- Very strong communication skills for the interaction with the business engineers
- Experience with IIS Windows Server and/or MS Reporting and Analysis Services (SSRS/SSAS) are beneficial
- English only
