Senior International Project Manager (1497)

For a six month project at our client site in Zurich we are looking for a

Senior International Project Manager (1497)

The main tasks will be the following :
• Responsibility for successful and timely implementation for an Incident and Problem project
• The responsibility to plan and manage budget, resources and milestones
• Ability to work within an international team and provide clear leadership and direction to its members
• Manage projects to deliver against agreed scope, on time and within budget
• Take full, end to end responsibility for successful delivery of projects
• Involvement in risk management and action accordingly
• Prepare and communicate project status reports

The candidate should have good project management experience coordinating across multiple teams :
• Working on large transformational projects using Agile methodology and ensuring timely delivery
• Experience leading technical teams & achieving results in a project context using resources that do not report directly (e.g. from other departments, external suppliers etc)

• Good interpersonal and influencing skills
• A strong leader who is results driven and who constantly raises the bar.
• Able to manage conflict
• Experience of dealing with senior management
• Proactive, driven and energetic
• High degree of flexibility with a “can do” attitude, able to work effectively with limited level of instruction and supervision
• Strong problem solving skills
• Solution oriented
• Agile/ Srum experience
