Introduction:
Our client is looking for Support implementation and roll out of SAP Sales on Demand solution for B2B and B2C sales Forces
Role:
. Understand the B2B and B2C Sales Process and make sure the functional requirements are delivered in the system
. Perform the following tasks as part of the implementation
- Solution configuration incl functional specifications.
- Solution testing incl. creation of test scripts
- End user training incl. Creation of training material
- Data Load & Data Migration
- Solution Administration
. Design and create the required reports and forms using sales on Demand Key User tools
. Support the Customer onDemand team in developing training presentations and communication tools
Key Performance Indicators :
. Functionalities delivered on time and quality as per defined scope
Knowledge and Professional skills :
. Prior IT solution Implementation experience, preferably CRM
. Experience in SAP Cloud solution (ie Business by Design, Sales on Demand) is a +
. Hands on Configuration and administration experience
. Knowledge of CRM Business processes (Lead to Quotation)
. Communication skills
. Organizational skills
Language skills :
. Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
