For one of our clients, we are looking for a Technical Lead Oracle DBA to work on a contract basis for an initial period of 6 months. The client is based inZurich.Your main tasks will include DB administration, DB and application tuning, DB design, incidental troubleshooting, automation, scripting, Service Design, Service Transition, DB Service Strategy, DBA coaching and Continuous Improvement for DB products to enable and enhance the 2nd and 3rd Level Support.
The ideal candidate will need strong experience in Oracle Database Administration on Unix and Linux platforms and at least 5 years' experience in production support. You will need several years experience working with Oracle RAC and Dataguard on 10g/11g and utilities such as RMAN and Grid Control. Fluency in English is a must and German skills are desirable.Desired Skills & Experience
