On behalf of our client in the Life Science industry, Harvey Nash is looking for an Administrator - Active Directory - Level III for a 2 + month project in Switzerland.
The role is about assigning policies, deploying software, and applying critical updates to an organization and stores information and settings in a central database.
You are responsible for Creating and maintaining AQWA (Trackwise) related records and actions Ensuring that the process flow in AQWA (Trackwise) would give the status reporting requirements in terms of authorization/implementation completion against the 'authorisation' and 'implementation' due dates Ensuring appropriateness and consistency of wording/options used in AQWA to facilitate the reporting required Providing solution for migration of data from existing AQWA QEs or sharepoint into the AQWA QE system such that the reporting is for the overall QM Implementation to date Generate system for reporting of data to mirror that currently being generated from sharepoint (the reports will need to be run in parallel with those from sharepoint in the beginning). Finalise the process flow and generate an GOP describing the procedure to be followed Generate a rollout out plan starting with the manufacturing sites, then the CPOs Support the sites in ensuring that the personell involved have the necessary access to AQWA QE Generate the training material and support the rollout of it to sites to ensure standardized approach Co-ordinate implementation of the process at the sites, providing support where required Requirements
4+ years very strong experience of documentation 6+ years expert level of quality assurance Previous experience with Novartis Moderately strong knowledge of reporting 6+ years expert level of SABA English - fluent in writing and speaking Are you available immediately, have experience working within a Life Science company?
