On behalf of one major client in the Pharma industry, Harvey Nash is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for a project in Basel.
Project Tasks
Calendar Management: Manage meetings and calendar of manager(s), set up VC and TC/Live meetings - managing and elimination conflicts Travel Management: Organize, book, manage travels of manager(s), including relevant visas and travel expenses and expense tool Ariba/SRM. Fieldglass. On/Off boarding. Project Management: Write or review minutes of meetings, work on presentations, follow up on tasks, collect information, distribute information, ensure deadlines are kept and any other task supporting your manager(s) in everyday work Inbox Management. Prepare material for Management meetings. HR Matters. Organize workshops and off sites & other events. Team support: Arrange meetings on-offsite, search for location, book, invite attend to visitors/vendors End to end process management and organization: Organization of Welcome Meeting.
