On behalf of one major client in the Pharma industry, Harvey Nash is currently looking for a Technical account specialist (Diagnostics/Pharma) for a project in Basel.
Project scope
The Technical Account Specialist is a key member of the clients Diagnostics Technical Service organization with the primary responsibility of providing the highest quality service and support to Novartis Blood Testing customers at the customer facility and by telephone. In addition, you will support the EMEA marketing and sales organization in order to technically position our clients products with the technical decision makers at all levels within the Blood Testing marketplace Tasks
Responsible for all Account Management aspects of Novartis Customers. Customer Liaison between Novartis Departments and the Customer Site. Implementation of new equipment. Upgrade to Equipment or Software. Technical Review. Customer Data Collection. Assist Sales Executives with presentations to maintain customer business. Experience
Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or related scientific discipline with a between 1 and 2 years of experience in Diagnostic customer service/technical support. Languages: German and English Mandatory Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage in high-level technical and clinical discussions Requirements
The position requires working knowledge of Windows XP, MS Office. The position requires independent work and therefore the candidate must be self-motivated, self-directed and highly productive. Additional information:
