On behalf of our client in Basel/Solothurn area, we are looking for a project for an
APPLICATION SUPPORTER
Primary tasks and responsibilities:
Daily 1st line application support (incident and troubleshooting) Installation and deployment support Customer service and availability maintenance Develop and maintain the support documentation for all technology related subjects Support of the PLM/CAx Support (First-Level) Profile:
Knowledge of Agile e6, PLM, ProEngineer Experience in IT Application Support Fundamental knowledge in Engineering Applications (CAD, CAE, CAM, PLM) Fluent German and English (Spoken and Written) Non-Technical profile requirements:
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines Quick learner, motivated self-starter Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Methodology/Certification requirements Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred Are you interested in this position?
