Main Tasks:
Administration and technical support of the global Active Directory Infrastructure
Change and release testing and implementation
Additional Tasks:
Administration and technical support of the Exchange - and Unified Communications Infrastructure
Technical support for Exchange related systems like BlackBerry, Good, Enterprise Vault
Collaboration within Projects
Deep analysis of logs and reports
Ensure 2nd level support to other departments
Ensure consistency with other regions (AMER/EMEA/APAC)
Ability to work off business hours
Pikett (on-call) during off-hours must be provided on regular basis
Experience:
Must have strong MS Active Directory experience
Must have strong Windows Server experience
Must have skills in MS Group Policy
Must have TCP/IP Networking knowledge (Protocol, Routing and VLAN)
Must have Scripting skills (PowerShell, VB-Script)
Must have Security knowledge (Firewall)
Exchange experience (Exchange 2010 and Exchange 2003)
Microsoft Lync experience (Lync 2010)
Blackberry and GOOD handheld experience
Enterprise Vault experience
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Strong troubleshooting background
Social skills:
Communication and diplomatic skills in an international environment
Proactive team player with communications skills
Language:
English and German is a must
