For our client based in Zuchwil we are currently looking for an Application Support Analyst Level 1

Location: Zuchwil, Solothurn
Start: Mid August
End: 31.12.13
Languages: German and English required

Project/Department Description and responsibilities:
- Global Services; - Application Development & Support;

Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
- Daily 1st line application incident and troubleshooting;
- Installation and deployment support;
- Maintaining customer service and availability;
- Develop and maintain the support documentation for all technology related subjects;

Task:
Support of the PLM/CAx Support (First-Level).

Primary Applications:
Agile e6, PLM, ProEngineer

Profile:
- Experience in IT Application Support
- Fundamental knowledge in Engineering Applications (CAD, CAE, CAM, PLM)
- Fluent German and English (Spoken and Written)

Non-Technical profile requirements:
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills;
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines;
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Methodology/Certification requirements:
- Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred;
- Language proficiencies:
- German & English spoken and written;
