Project Assistant/PMO/Project Officer
Project Assistant/PMO/Project Officer required for interesting role in an international bank based in Zurich.As project officer you will be responsible for assisting with administration of a key bank wide project.Tasks will include organisation of team meetings and workshops, monitoring project risks and issues.You will assist project managers in managing this project and provide PowerPoint presentations, excel charts and use Visio for charting the progress of the project.You will have experience in interacting with senior managers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:?
- Project/Programme administration?
- Organization of team meetings/workshop logistics?
- Support in the production and maintenance of project documentation
Key Deliverables:?
- Project plan creation and maintenance
- Project status reports and financial forecasts required as part of project control
- Documentation and tracking of project risks, issues, action logs and project deliverables
