For a global business transformation program in Lausanne, we are looking for a SAP Technical Architect.

Main responsibilities:

  • Get directions from the Stream Solution architect and liaise with him/her in order to perform detailed technical design for SAP developments
  • Support the elaboration of functional specifications by providing answers to technical questions raised by Functional Owners
  • Review and validate functional specifications provided by the Functional Owners
  • Is responsible to deliver the technical specifications providing detailed instructions for developers to code
  • Provide development workload estimates based on the complexity and nature of developments to be performed
  • Provide coaching and knowledge transfer to developers
  • When findings are discovered during the code QA review, ensures to liaise with developers and close these findings
  • Perform a sanity testing when receiving a development before transmitting for Functional Unit testing
  • Could exceptionally perform development as needed
  • Support promote to production activities

    Required skills are:

  • Strong SAP Demand and Supply Planning architecture skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as ABAP developer
  • Good functional knowledge of the DSP processes and their implementation in SAP
  • English as working language (spoken and written)
  • SCRUM is a plus
