Planning and Warehousing Specialist (MS Office, Excel, ERP, Oracle)
Axica Recruitment is currently looking for a Planning and Warehousing Specialist to work a 17 month contract with a major end user in the Berne area. Fluency in both in French and English is required.
Responsibilities include
Directly working with the Manufacturing project site-lead you will be responsible for the successful definition of user requirements, implementation, testing and training material definition for the Planning and Warehousing part of the project in collaboration with the project team based both in Switzerland and the US.
Skills/Knowledge Required:
- + 3 years experience in the field of production or supply chain planning
- Excellent negotiation, organization, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Capability to work in a changing environment and beyond pre-defined processes and to actively contribute
- Strong team-player
- Pro-active personality with an eye for anticipation and consequence management
- Conscientious, reliable in action follow-up
- Excellent IT proficiency: MS Office, Excel, ERP, Oracle experience is an asset
- Experience in ERP implementation is a strong asset
- Fluency both in French and English is required
