Process Documentation Specialist (Oracle, Manufacturing, ERP, MS Office, Visio)
Axica Recruitment is currently looking for a Process Documentation Specialist to work a 24 month contract with a major end user in the Berne area. Fluency both in French and English is required
Responsibilities include,
- You will be directly working with the Manufacturing project site-lead and in collaboration with the local and US HQ based project teams.
- Review and write the User requirements in close collaboration with the other team
- Analyze impact of project decisions on existing processes & work-practices
- Update existing procedures & work-practices
- Create new procedures & work-practices
- Lead and follow-up risk-assessments
- Support the user-training material creation
- Support risk-assessments
- Ensure the consistency and impact of different work-streams on the procedures and work-practices related to the client's project.
Skills/Knowledge Required:
- + 3 years experience in the field of Manufacturing and/or Quality documentation
- Strong team-player
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Capability to work in a changing environment and beyond pre-defined processes and to actively contribute
- Pro-active personality with an eye for consequence management
- Conscientious, reliable in action follow-up
- Excellent IT proficiency: MS Office, Visio
- Experience in ERP implementation/project participation are a strong asset
- Fluency both in French and English is required
