Huawei Process Manager - Managed Service, Telco, KPI, SLA, ITIL - Switzerland - 3-24 months +
My client a leading telecommunication company is urgently seeking a Process Manager with telecoms experience to compliment their existing project, you responsible for leading the process improvement initiatives in a telecom managed service project. You needs to provide leadership, planning and technical direction to ensure high quality services are provided to the customer.
To be considered for this position you must have the following skills & experiences:
Responsibilities:
- Drives continuous improvement to quantitatively and qualitatively improve costs, quality, and services
- Trains and educates the organization and implements continuous improvement
- Knows and promotes methodologies including but not limited to eTOM, ITIL, MSUP
- Responsible for identifying improvement opportunities including tracking current issues through data analysis and developing improvement plans based on the data
- Focuses on core telecom operation processes including Network Planning, Design & Development processes, Service Assurance & Service Desk processes
Requirements:
- Bsc. or higher in economical, science or technical field
- Excellent business and technical skills in Telecom Operations processes
- Minimum 3 years similar experience in a related industry
- Works well in fast paced complex projects and multicultural environment
- Solid experience in Project Management
- Results oriented, high energy, self-motivated, open minded, flexible
