For a project at our client site in Zurich we are looking for an experienced and process-drivenData Quality Manager and Process Designer (1455)
You will support the project managers at identifying the various data streams, deriving relevant information, identifying opportunities for change / improvement and leading small projects derived from your work.
The ideal candidate has work experience in the following areas :
Data Management, Data Mining and Quality Assurance with large data sets
Process analysis, process improvement and strong process documentation skills
Gap analysis and analysis of weaknesses within the business and IT process flows
Evaluation of data sources, data flows and its impact on all business segments
A plus is any work experience in revenue assurance and related topics
As part of the project you are required to provide risk assessments, help with monthly KPI meetings and report findings of your work to your peers and senior management. You are a self-starter, driven and you are motivated by finding ways to creatively analyze and display data.
The following skills are a big plus:
Requirements Engineering
Telco experience
Data management in billing and revenue assurance
You must speak German and English fluently. French is an asset but not a requirement.
This is a six month project with the possibility for extension. Working location is Zurich.
