TRAINING Specialist
- Duration: Minimum 5 months with a possible 2 month extension
- Start date: ASAP.
- Location: Geneva
- Languages: English (must), French (preferably)
For one of my clients I am looking for a Consultant that can develop a training plan for the end-users and manage change.
Tasks:
- Integrating Change Management and Training
- Develop a detailed EU training strategy for the CRM project
- Convert the EU training strategy into an executable training plan
- Monitor and coordinate training schedules and milestones
- Analyze EU training needs and design solutions
- Develop end-user training curriculums for the different functional areas
- Manage and support a team of internal training material developers
- Develop training materials/solutions in conjunction with project team members
- Design an effective Train the Trainer plan and support the delivery of train-the-trainer courses and materials.
- Help set up training environment (SAP CRM system and data)
- Provide status updates to CRM Project Management
- Participate in the CRM Readiness Assessments throughout the life cycle of the CRM project
- Participate in SAP CRM workshops
- Any other duties that may be required with relation to CRM
Profile:
- Proven experience in developing training strategies, training plans.
- Experience in managing change
- SAP CRM Expertise would be an asset.
- English and ideally French speaking
- Eligible to work in Switzerland
