Junior Project Manager

For our Client based in Solothurn we are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager e-Labeling

The responsibilities of this position include:

- Managing of implementation of e-labelling project
- Support project team with project management skills
- On time in full delivery of assigned project with responsibility for project timeline, risks and deliverables
- Organizing of project meetings
- Collecting of information from stakeholders
- Interdisciplinary interaction with Marketing/Communications, Regulatory and IT

What we require from the candidate:

* Knowledge of plan, source, make and deliver processes
* Experience with systems implementation/rollout projects preferred
* Basic understanding of European Medical Device Regulations preferred
* Experience in software projects and familiarity with Internet publishing is preferred
* Demonstrated ability to effectively define, plan and manage projects
* Strong managerial skills - providing motivation, leadership, and structure to teams
* Efficient administrator who effectively manages workload and time
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German

Qualifying for this position you'll have a higher education degree and bring to the table several years of experience managing cross-functional project teams in a related industry. Experience with European Medical Device Regulations and terminology is a plus. You can demonstrate an in depth understanding of project management processes and practices and know how to effectively apply them. You can work well in a highly independent way, but you are also a great team player. You have a good sense of urgency and naturally take full responsibility for the projects you manage.
