SAP Solution Specialist (SAP - QM; SAP - EHS) required for our client, a world renowned multinational based in Vaud, Switzerland.
The main purpose of this role is to bring to the team the knowledge, skills & experience of the SAP QM & EHS solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand & Analyze the business requirements to evaluate how best to use standard SAP solutions
- Bring detailed SAP Solution knowledge (functional and technical) for the design, development and delivery of the Retail Template.
- Analyze and evaluate how best to translate & adopt the SAP QM & EHS processes
- Analyze and evaluate how best to translate & adopt the SAP QM & EHS developments
- Take in consideration link back for all design, build & test related requirements in all phases of the project.
- Translate business requirements into solution specific detailed designs
- Identify gaps and propose alternative solutions
- Bring solutions expertise in specific applications or modules
- Define, document and execute configuration specifications
- Define and document functional specifications for RICEFW
- Liaise with development teams to estimate and plan delivery of developments
- Define, document and execute detailed test scripts
- Execution of test scripts in area of expertise and responsible for resolution of test failures in collaboration with technical teams
Key Skills:
- At least 2 years' experience and deep level of understanding in the configuration and setting up of SAP EHS Substance Management for the purpose of storing
- Product/Substance Specifications
- Technical and User Manuals (multiple regions and multiple languages)
- Integration to MM, PP and QM
- Good understanding of QM relating to QM notifications, QM Inspections through the supply chain and QM configuration.
- The candidate must have strong skills in debug ABAP code
- Very strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
- Team player, milestone driven and wiliness to share knowledge to other team members.
