3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Within the technological infrastructure team in charge of physical and virtual PCs in few countries, you will be responsible for level 2 and 3 support of all the software incident.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the level 2 and 3 incidents from the Service Desk
- Determine recurring incident and find long term solution with the other IT teams
- Software installation in accordance with user request
- Handle incidents at infrastructure client premises
Qualification
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Native German speaker, fluent in French and in English
- 3 to 5 prior experience in a same position
- Exellent communication skills in order to interact with client
- Strong knowledge of Windows 7 environment and office application
- Good knowledge of Citrix solutions and virtualization (thin terminal)
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure: AD, DNS, DHCP, printing systems, IP telephony
- Knowledge of IT banking solutions (Bloomberg, Reuters, ...) an asset
