3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Within the technological infrastructure team in charge of physical and virtual PCs in  few countries, you will be responsible for level 2 and 3 support of all the software incident.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the level 2 and 3 incidents from the Service Desk
  • Determine recurring incident and find long term solution with the other IT teams
  • Software installation in accordance with user request
  • Handle incidents at infrastructure client premises

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • Native German speaker, fluent in French and in English
  • 3 to 5 prior experience in a same position
  • Exellent communication skills in order to interact with client
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 7 environment and office application
  • Good knowledge of Citrix solutions and virtualization (thin terminal)
  • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure: AD, DNS, DHCP, printing systems, IP telephony
  • Knowledge of IT banking solutions (Bloomberg, Reuters, ...) an asset
