Role:
SME on Digital Employee File Solutions (HR Business Solutions)
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver support in considering global scalability of market solutions, eg Aconso, Novapost
* Analyze the gap between existing filing solutions with the Business Services requirements
* Propose and document potential solutions that would be compliant with Globe technical standards and meet the functional requirements
* Provide specific knowledge on developing areas of Business Solution HR
* Provide vision, organization to enhance/create the HR Best Practices, initiatives/projects for the HR functionality owned.
* Provide Best in Class HR funtionality, according to development plans and supporting the HR Roadmap.
* Help to ensure the quality of the HR functionality delivered to the HR function.
* Research of market place best in class solutions for the HR functionality owned, being in contact with providers, other companies, etc.
* Assist, assess, perform functional and technical design, support on the develop and deliver HR business solutions to support the HR function and company objectives.
Key Skills/Experiences:
* Extended knowledge on existing solutions on the market
* Experience on selecting a global Digital Employee File solution for a global company, considering all aspects (security, confidentially of data, etc.. )
* At least 10 years experience in solutions/technologies within area of expertise.
. Acted in global multicultural teams.
. Participated in global ISIT projects.
. 5 years on consulting services in the area of expertise.
. Strong Functional knowledge in the assigned technology. Hands on system capabilities. Knowledge of Configuration of Solutions.
. General process definition skills, supporting to enhance the Best Practices if required.
. Critical thinking within a technical environment. The ability to analyze proposed solutions to strategic problems, to identify strengths and weaknesses and the potential impact.
. Industry Development standards.
. Industry HR solutions awareness
. Good Project Management skills
Language Skills:
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
