Role: PMO or Junior Project Manager
Location: Chur, Switzerland
Duration: 3-6 months +
Skills:
- Previous experience as a PMO or junior project manager
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Powerpoint, Confluence
- Language: German and English (both fluent)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a team-player
- Working under pressure and multi-tasking (for different projects)
Language: German Speaking
Tasks:
- Substitute ITPL during absences and holidays
- Perform Status Meetings and guidance through Daily Stand-Ups
- Task Tracking and Progress Reporting
- Perform status reporting activities
- Support cost tracking and monitoring of project activities against baseline
- Support change request management procedure and ensure all stakeholders are involved
- Support TM and TE with test planning and tracking
- Write meetings minutes
- Migration OneNote in Confluence, Maintain Confluence workspace
