Our client, a major player within the banking industry, is looking for an Environment Support (m/f)
For a contracting project assignment in the Geneva region
Reference number:
Start of the project: ASAP
Project duration: 6 Months+
Your Duties:
- Support integration and UAT environments
- Work closely with the development teams to resolve all issues as they proceed through the install life cycle
- Provide support to our customers through our call tracking tool
- Organize and follow up on root cause analysis and resolutions
- Produce accurate reporting to Senior Management, raise, follow up and escalate critical issues
- Communicate and work closely with end user testers in an appropriate and business oriented way
Your Qualifications:
- Established experience in an application development or support role or service delivery function
- Fluent English is a MUST
- Experience in a release management role, particularly in a banking environment is key
- Expertise or strong knowledge of SQL, UNIX, Citrix, Java, WebSphere, Perl
- Awareness and exposure to ITIL practices and agile methodology
- Pragmatic approach & ability to handle pressure
