Project Assistant
Project Description:
Providing project management support by actively supporting project managers and carrying out project controlling.
Main Tasks:
Giving support to the project leader in carrying out projects and sub-projects
Performing the project related quality and resource management
Effecting the project controlling and the information of all involved parties
Controlling costs, due dates and risks and in case of deviation informing the project leader/sub-project leader. Submitting proposals to correct deviations
Updating and controlling the continuous planning for the project leader
Coordinating dependencies and interfaces and controlling the progress of sub-projects
Coordinating and controlling the change and configuration management for the project
Performing communication, information and documentation task
Special Requirements (Language, technology, certificates, degrees):
This position is to provide PMO type support to our Release Manager - ie Project Management support in an iterative manner. Experience in working in a validated environment is mandatory (GxP and CSV). Fluent English skills (verbal and written). Experience working within Service Management/Delivery and Pharma Development is Plus.
