We are looking for Telecom Specialist in Renens, Lussane.
Please find the below mentioned JD.
- Responsible for maintaining all the SLA's with operations
- Responsible for overall engagement of the project delivery
- Responsible for the offshore Interact with all tower leads
- Responsible for Maintenance of LAN/WAN for customers ensuring proper QOS settings for voice and video.
- Design expertise in VoIP networks Cisco, Avaya etc
- Experience in LAN/WAN Networking, especially on Avaya and Cisco platform,
- Design/Implementation and troubleshooting of Cisco Unified Communication
- Coordinating and with different Service Providers
- Has exposure to configuring call control protocols on Voice Gateways H.323, MGCP and SIP.
- Maintain Established SLA's with customer and client.
- Act as bridge between various towers
- Attend client meetings; manage escalations
- Responsible for overall engagement of the project
