Introduction:
For one of our clients near Lausanne we are looking for an experienced Ratings & Reviews Project Manager.
Role:
Support in selecting the relevant Ratings & Reviews and Advocacy platforms and kick-start their implementation.
Your main tasks will be:
. Support in running the request for proposal to find the relevant Ratings & Reviews and advocacy tool(s) for our clients' brands, including gathering learnings from existing pilots, capturing requirements from businesses, evangelising the solution among priority markets
. Define the functional specifications and integrate it with other processes and tools ( consumer feedback tools, community management processes, capturing consumer data into cRM databases...)
. Help define the business case including the relevant KPIs
. Identify, design and validate business processes, capture best practices from the markets
. Act as community manager on Chatter to facilitate collaborative work between markets
. Participation to the validation of the Core Model with markets and governance group. This also includes the testing of new application functionalities
. Facilitate market adoption by validating training materials and participating to initial training sessions
. Provide input and validate briefing and communication contents
. Deliverables

Requirements:
Must-Have:
- Experience with Ratings&Reviews platform implementation (eg: BazaarVoice)
- Good understanding of CRM, multi-channel Direct Marketing and consumer services processes
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Team Management - experience in putting a service delivery orientated; yet collaborative & respectful working environment in place
Experiences:
- Experience in B2C and Digital Marketing - Nice to Have
- FMCG experience - Nice to Have

- Strong decision making and judgment skills (ability to make logical, pragmatic and structured decisions)
- Functional and Technical analysis skills with international mindset
