Project Portfolio Analyst, On behalf of our client, a leading Bank, Swisslinx is looking for a Project Portfolio Analyst to work on a contract basis. The role is based in Zurich.
Project Portfolio Analyst, Contract, Zurich
You role will involve supporting the PoM Lead in managing day to day operations for a variety of project portfolios, coordinating activities with resources supporting respective stakeholders from an information flow, best practices and methodology perspective. You will manage resources such as Book of Work, portfolio reporting, performance management, document management, planning and tracking and change control management. You will also handle the process and quality management.
In order to be a potential candidate, you will need the following skills:
- Several years of experience in portfolio management, eg as PMO, LBM, financial controller, management support
- Service oriented, reliable and committed personality
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office and Sharepoint
- Fluent in English and German
